First Prize
 One (1) winner will receive from Hobbs Bonded Fibers, Inc., a
trip to the American Quilter’s Society 26th Annual Quilt
Show & Contest in Paducah, Kentucky, April 21 – 24, 2010;
VIP access to the AQS/Hobbs Fashion Show; and four (4) cases of
queen-size batting to include:
- One (1) “Behind the Scenes” VIP pass for the
AQS/Hobbs Bonded Fibers Fashion Show at the AQS 26th Annual
Quilt Show & Contest on April 23, 2010. First-place winner
will be a part of the production team; spend Friday morning
assisting with the fashion show practice (8:30 – 11:00
a.m.) and work with the models during the production of the
fashion show (1:00 – 3:00 p.m.).

One (1) trip from April 22
to 25, 2010, to the American Quilter’s Society 2010 Quilt
Show & Contest in Paducah, Kentucky, shall consist of:
- Roundtrip coach class air transportation for one (1) person
between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest First-Prize
Winner’s residence in the contiguous United States
and Paducah, Kentucky, departure on April 22, 2010; return
flight April 25, 2010;
- Four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations in
Paducah, Kentucky;
- One (1) multi-day pass for entrance into the American Quilter’s
Society 2010 Quilt Show & Contest in Paducah, Kentucky;
- One (1) set of three (3) special event tickets to include:
Eleanor Burns - Live on Stage; Music & More - Ricky
Tims concert; and All-Star Review;
- $200.00 US cash from Hobbs Bonded Fibers.
- Four (4) cases of queen-size Hobbs Batting (24 batts total).

Second Prize
One (1) Second-Prize Winner will receive from Hobbs Bonded Fibers,
Inc., four (4) cases of queen-size Hobbs Batting of the winner’s
choice (24 batts total).

Third Prize
One (1) Third-Prize Winner will receive from Hobbs Bonded Fibers,
Inc., two (2) cases of queen-size Hobbs Batting of the winner’s
choice (12 batts total).

- How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary. Purchase will not increase
entrant’s chance of winning. Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Central
time (CT) on January 18, 2010, until 5:00 p.m. CT on March 15,
2010, you may enter the Hobbs Bonded Fibers 30th Anniversary
Celebration Getaway (the “Hobbs Getaway”) in any
of the following ways: (i) visit the Hobbs Bonded Fibers Web
site at www.hobbsbondedfibers.com or www.AmericanQuilter.com
Web site and complete the online entry form by providing your
name, complete address, phone number, and valid e-mail address
(limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address); (ii)
hand print your name, complete address, and phone number either
on a postcard or separate piece of paper no larger than 8-1/2" x
11"; place it in an envelope; and mail the card or envelope
to Hobbs Bonded Fibers Celebration Getaway, P.O. Box 3290, Paducah,
KY 42002-3290 (the “mail-in address”). Limit one
entry per person. Mail-in entrants must be postmarked by March
15, 2010, and received by March 19, 2010. Mechanically reproduced
entries will not be accepted. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail
addresses to submit more than one online entry, only the first
online entry will count. These official rules are also available
by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Hobbs Bonded
Fibers Celebration Getaway Rules, P. O. Box 3290, Paducah, KY,
42002-3290. When you enter, you may be asked to consent to receive
promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming Hobbs Bonded Fibers,
Inc., promotions. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional
and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to
enter the Hobbs Getaway and does not improve your chances of
winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails,
the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policies
of Hobbs Bonded Fibers, Inc., and the American Quilter’s
Society, which are available on the their Web sites. Hobbs Bonded
Fibers, Inc., (“Sponsor”), all other Hobbs Getaway
Entities, their affiliates, distributors, dealers, subsidiaries,
parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors,
shareholders, employees, and agents, and any and all Internet
servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect
or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions;
failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any
telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment,
server providers, or software, including any injury or damage
to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating
to or resulting from participation in this Hobbs Getaway; inability
to access www.hobbsbondedfibers.com and/or www.AmericanQuilter.com
Web sites; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access
to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed
late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer
or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet
or at any Web site; printing or human errors; and any mailed
entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen,
mutilated, illegible, or postage due, or any combination thereof.
Proof of mailing is not considered proof of delivery or receipt.
All entries become the property of Hobbs Bonded Fibers, Inc.,
and will not be returned.
- Eligibility: This Hobbs Getaway is open only to legal residents
of the U.S. and its territories, possessions, and commonwealths
(excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older. Officers,
directors, employees, and their immediate families (spouses,
parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses)
of Hobbs Bonded Fibers, Inc., and all other participating sponsors,
their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their
advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Hobbs
Getaway Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win. Online
entrants may also receive information from Sponsor regarding
other promotional offers. Entry materials that have been tampered
with or altered are void. All participants and/or entrants release
the Sponsor, the Hobbs Getaway Entities, and their agents, advertising
and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, Hobbs Getaway partners
and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies,
employees, officers, directors, and shareholders, from and against
all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s
participation and/or entry in the Hobbs Getaway and/or their
receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Hobbs Getaway. Any
and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective
manufacturer’s terms and conditions. This Hobbs Getaway
is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state,
and local laws. Void where prohibited, including Florida, New
York, and Rhode Island.
- First Prize: One (1) winner will receive: four (4) cases of
queen-size Hobbs Batting (24 batts total); VIP access to the
AQS/Hobbs Bonded Fibers Fashion Show on Friday, April 23, 2010;
and one (1) trip from April 22 to 25, 2010, to the American
Quilter’s Society 2010 Quilt Show & Contest in Paducah,
Kentucky, which shall consist of: (a) roundtrip coach class
air transportation for one (1) person between the major U.S.
commercial airport nearest First-Prize Winner’s residence
in the 48 contiguous United States and Paducah, Kentucky, with
departure on April 22, 2010, and return on April 25, 2010;
(b) four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations in
Paducah, Kentucky; (c) one (1) multi-day pass for entrance
into the American Quilter’s Society 2010 Quilt Show & Contest;
(d) one (1) set of special event tickets to include: Eleanor
Burns - Live on Stage; Music & More - Ricky Tims
concert; and All-Star Review; and, (e) $200.00 cash from
Hobbs Bonded Fibers, Inc.
Total ARV estimated $2,200.00 (US).
All costs and expenses associated with any element of the
Prizes not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility
of the Prizewinner. Sponsor shall solely determine the specifics
of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Hobbs Getaway.
All travel must occur on dates selected by Sponsor and are
subject to change. Some restrictions may apply. The Prizewinner
will be solely responsible for any and all other expenses,
taxes, and fees associated with his/her prizes. Prizewinner
agrees that neither Sponsor nor any other sponsoring companies
have made or are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation,
or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative
to the prizes, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical
condition, or fitness. No substitution, transfer of any prize
(or any part of a prize package), or cash alternative is permitted,
except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of
equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.

2nd Prize: one (1) winner will receive four (4) cases of queen-size
Hobbs Batting of the winner’s choice (24 batts total).

3rd Prize: One (1) winner will receive two (2) cases queen-size
Hobbs Batting of the winner’s choice (12 batts total).
Total ARV estimated $500.00 (US).
- Drawing and Notification: The Prizewinners will be selected
in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about
March 23, 2010. Potential Prize Winners will be notified by phone
only on or about March 23, 2010. If a potential winner cannot
be reached within twenty-four (24) hours from the first notification
attempt, then such potential winner will be disqualified and
an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of prize must
be confirmed within twenty-four (24) hours from the time personal
contact is made with the potential winner, otherwise potential
winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
Judges’ decisions with respect to the winner and other
matters pertaining to the Hobbs Getaway shall be final. If Hobbs
Bonded Fibers is unable to contact a potential prizewinner, or
if potential First-Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the
requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned
as undeliverable, an alternate winner(s) shall be selected. First-Prize
Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness,
biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional
purposes, including online announcements, without additional
compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning
depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the
judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence
of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of
the Hobbs Getaway, or if technical difficulties compromise the
integrity of the Hobbs Getaway, the judges reserve the right
to terminate the Hobbs Getaway and conduct a random drawing to
award the prizes using all online entries received as of the
termination date. Should the Hobbs Getaway be terminated prior
to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the www.hobbsbondedfibers.com
and www.AmericanQuilter.com Web sites.
- Release of Liability: By entering this Hobbs Getaway, all entrants,
any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents,
and employees release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of the
Hobbs Getaway Entities, as well as the respective officers, directors,
agents, employees, and shareholders of the foregoing entities
and all others associated with the development and execution
of this Hobbs Getaway from and against any and all actions, claims,
and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation
in this Hobbs Getaway and/or acceptance or use of the prizes
and any related travel and/or activities, including liability
for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Any and all warranties
and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer’s
terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer
for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
- Winner’s list: To learn the name of the Prize Winners,
send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after March 15, 2010,
to Hobbs 30th Anniversary Celebration Getaway, Winner’s
List, P. O. Box 3290, Paducah, KY 42002-3290. Requests received
after May 15, 2010, will not be honored.
