Helene Knott
Helene showed a keen interest in art from childhood, exploring different mediums as she matured in years and experience. After learning stained glass, metalsmithing, and embroidery, she turned her attention to fiber and fabrics. Even after 34 years of quilting as her primary medium, she still finds that working with fabrics offers new challenges and satisfaction. Helene, an Oregonian, loves exhibiting her work and inspiring a new generation of quilters and fiber artists through her teaching.
