JoAnn Belling
JoAnn’s love of nature, with its myriad colors and shapes, is evident in her floral art quilts. The color and composition concepts which JoAnn uses in her photographic art are also applied to her award-winning quilt designs. Her work is characterized by careful attention to detail and incorporation of numerous fabrics, threads, stitch patterns, and beadings. JoAnn has taught a variety of classes in the United States and Japan, and AQ is pleased to present her technique for colorwash strata flowers.
