Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 24-ounce carton of large-curd cottage cheese
- 4-ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Preparation
- 1.Beat eggs lightly with a whisk. Whisk in flour, baking powder, and butter. Add cheeses and green chiles. Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 more minutes or until mixture is set in the center and golden brown. Serve with salsa or picante sauce, if desired.
