Ingredients
- 1 can Cream Style Corn
- 1 can Whole Kernal Corn (undrained)
- 1 box Jiffy Dry Cornbread Mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 Stick Butter (melted)
- 1 Small Sour Cream Tub
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
- 1.Mix all ingredients. Pour into ungreased casserole dish. Bake uncovered 15 minutes at 400. Reduce heat to 350 and continue to cook another 40 minutes. Serve hot. May add diced onions or peppers for variety.
