Kentucky Spoon Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz.can cream corn
  • 1 jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
 

Preparation

  1. 1.In a large mixing bowl - beat eggs.
     
  2. 2.Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
     
  3. 3.Pour into 9 X 13 pan sprayed with pam.
     
  4. 4.Bake 35 min. at 350. until light brown on top.
     
  5. 5.Serve hot or warm cut into squares.
