Ingredients
- 1 8oz.can cream corn
- 1 jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
Preparation
- 1.In a large mixing bowl - beat eggs.
- 2.Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- 3.Pour into 9 X 13 pan sprayed with pam.
- 4.Bake 35 min. at 350. until light brown on top.
- 5.Serve hot or warm cut into squares.
