Ingredients
- 1 lb shell macaroni, cooked
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 carrotts, grated
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups Hellmans mayonnaise
- 1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teasspoon pepper
Preparation
- 1.Combine the cooked macaroni, onion, carrotts, green pepper and celery in a very large bowl and set aside
- 2.In another bowl add the vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, condensed milk, salt and pepper. Mix together and add to other ingredients.
- 3.Refrigerate. Keeps 10 days in refrigerator. Stir occasionally.
