Pistachio Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix.
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped. (10 oz. jar)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation

  1. 1.Mix all of the ingredients together except the sugar and cinnamon.
     
  2. 2.Grease loaf pans and dust with the sugar cinnamon mix.
     
  3. 3.Pour into loaf pans and sprinkle sugar mixture over bread before baking.
     
  4. 4.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
