Pistachio Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix.
- 1 package instant pistachio pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped. (10 oz. jar)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- 1.Mix all of the ingredients together except the sugar and cinnamon.
- 2.Grease loaf pans and dust with the sugar cinnamon mix.
- 3.Pour into loaf pans and sprinkle sugar mixture over bread before baking.
- 4.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
