Chris is an AQS certified appraiser of quilted textiles, an assistant to the AQS Appraiser Certification Committee and an experienced restorer. Chris has been an avid quilter for more years than she willingly admits and has produced award winning quilts. Additionally, her knowledge of quilting and fabric history is quite extensive. Her quilt collection spans a variety of techniques, styles and experiences. She presents several lectures and workshops designed to inspire quilters to learn more about quilts and quilting, stretch their creative ability, experiment with traditional as well as contemporary styles and techniques, and improve their productivity.
