    Description

Faster and more exciting ideas for freehand machine quilting. Follow Pam s Pointer as the author shows you her easy technique for planning and accomplishing quilting designs with the least amount of marking and measuring. Choose any of the dozens of patterns from the featured sampler quilt and use her new design with lines technique, perfect for domestic sewing or longarm quilting machines. No matter what your level of quilting skill, you will discover immediate results as you practice with a purpose! A workbook, sketch pad, and practice sheets are combined in the one book. Each chapter is a lesson plan with block, border, and corner ideas for every design. This method is the perfect solution to finishing your quilts faster than you ever thought possible. Other books in the Golden Thread Series are Quilting Dot-to-Dot, Beautiful Quilts as You Go, The Art of Feather Quilting, The Best of Shirley Thompson Quilting Patterns, and Pathways to Better Quilting.

Review of Quilting Inside The Lines Machine & Frame Quilting - 10/30/2007

Whether you quilt on a domestic machine or a longarm, you’ll see instant results and save time with Pam Clarke’s easy-to-follow “design with lines” technique. Pam marks only a few registration lines and dots for evenly spaced quilting and uses seven basic shapes to create more than 80 quilting patterns. An encouraging teacher, she’s included helpful pointers, blank grid pads in poplar sizes for practice, and options for designing a quilted sampler.
