Reviews
This book is my favorite applique book. I love birds and these are the best I've seen to cut and applique. The patterns are on pages to trace not to tear out. The directions and placement of pieces could not be plainer. It is so good. I recommend it highly for anybody that loves birds or just loves to applique. -Darlene Cooper

Review of Award-Winning Applique Birds - 01/23/2008
Reviewer: Anonymous from Oregon, WI, US
Pamela Humphries’ “Award-Winning Appliqué Birds” teaches how to incorporate over twenty appliqué birds on a quilt or other stitching project, teaching how to use appliqué methods or the author’s own peel-and-stick template technique and covering bias-edged sashing, lovely floral and vine borders, and more. Close-up photos display the appliqué and hand-quilting details of an award-winning quilt, making this a top pick for any quilter seeking instruction on appliqué or embellishments.
