General Information
Wheelchair/Scooter Rental
You can rent wheelchairs and scooters to use during the show through Home Town Mobility. Wheelchairs are $20 per day; scooters are $45 per day. They can be rented in advance by calling Home Town Mobility at 877-928-5388 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, go to their web site www.hometownmobilityia.com and click on “Event Scooter reservations” or e-mail samb@hometownmobilityia.com. A debit or credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation. Wheelchairs and scooters will be available at the show in the Home Town Mobility booth on a first come first, served basis in the hallway outside Hy-Vee Hall. We highly recommend making a scooter reservation at least 24 hrs in advance to guarantee you will have a unit to enjoy the day.
*Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to time of reservation and your credit card will be refunded the full amount of the transaction. *To make a cancellation, please call 1-877-928-5388, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. CST (after hours cancellations are permitted by leaving a message).
