No Smoking Policy
No smoking in exhibit hall, vendor areas, and hallways in the Knoxville Convention Center..
Photography Policy
Photographs of quilts may be taken for your own personal use. Quilt photographs must not be used for any commercial purpose, or displayed on the Internet (websites, blogs, Flickr, MySpace, Facebook, webshots®, or other personal or commercial sites) without permission of the quiltmaker, and American Quilter’s Society. No videos or commercial photography are permitted at the show; media or writers can pick up a press pass at the AQS Workshop Desk inside the exhibit hall at the Knoxville Convention Center.
No Wheeled Carts
For the safety of all attendees, wheeled carts/bags/luggage are not allowed in the vendor/ exhibit areas; use the Package Check located inside the Exhibit Hall.
Wheelchairs with people in them and strollers with babies aboard are allowed.
