General Information
Cancellation Insurance
AQS offers a Class, Lecture, and Special Event Cancellation Insurance. For a fee of $10.00 (payable with your first registration only; insurance cannot be purchased after your initial registration has been processed), you have the right to cancel any or all classes and/or lectures on or before February 2, 2011, and receive a full refund less a $20.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for any reason after February 2, 2011 for those purchasing insurance. Your $10.00 Cancellation Insurance fee can be paid only on your initial registration for classes, lectures, and special events. Cancellation insurance is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
For those not purchasing insurance, AQS will refund 50% of any class, lecture, or special event fees cancelled on or before January 3, 2011. No refunds will be given for any reason after January 3, 2011, for those not purchasing the insurance. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from all non-insurance refunds.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received in the AQS office by February 2, 2011, for those who purchase the Cancellation Insurance, and by January 3, 2011, for those who do not purchase the insurance – No Exceptions. The $20 cancellation fee applies to all refunds.
