Policies
No Smoking Policy
No smoking in exhibit hall, classrooms, vendor areas, and hallways in the Lancaster County Convention Center, Southern Market, and Millersville University.
Photography Policy
Photographs of quilts may be taken for your own personal use. Quilt photographs must not be used for any commercial purpose or displayed on the Internet (websites or blogs) without permission of the quiltmaker and American Quilter's Society.
Please note: Some special exhibits are marked No Photography!
No videos or commercial photography are permitted at the show; media or writers can request a press pass at the AQS Workshop Desk in the exhibit hall at the Lancaster County Convention Center.
No Wheeled Carts
For the safety of all attendees, wheeled carts/luggage/bags are not allowed in the exhibit hall; use the Package Check located inside the Lancaster County Convention Center. Please check your items (bag with class supplies, purchases, or wheeled carts/luggage/bags) at the Package Check area just inside the Exhibit Hall. This area is coordinated by the Red Rose Quilters Guild, Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Wheelchairs with people in them and strollers with children aboard are allowed.General Info Pages
