Information Table at the Show
If you have brochures of your quilt show or other information to be given away at the AQS Quilt Show, there are Information Tables located at the rear of the Ryman C Exhibit Hall. This is the only area that these brochures can be placed.
You can place one stack of materials on the table anytime starting Wednesday, August 20, 2008, and throughout the show. This is a self-serving table, so you might want to check back on your supply of brochures.
Please do not place literature on other tables in the Gaylord Opryland® Resort and Convention Center, or tape them to any doors, walls, windows, or other surfaces anywhere in the hotel or Convention Center (including in the rest rooms). Any literature found in these areas will be removed and thrown away.
