Registration - Cancellation Policy

AQS is offering class, lecture, and special event Cancellation Insurance.
For a charge of $10 (payable with your first registration only; insurance cannot be purchased after your initial registration has been processed), you will have the option of canceling any or all classes and/or lectures on or before July 25, 2008, and receive a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee. No questions asked! No refunds will be given for any reason after July 25 for those purchasing insurance. Your $10 cancellation insurance fee can be paid only on your initial registration for classes, lectures, and special events. Cancellation insurance is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
For those not purchasing insurance: AQS will refund 50% of any class, lecture, or special event fees cancelled on or before June 25, 2008. No refunds will be given for any reason after June 25, 2008, for those not purchasing the insurance. A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from all non-insurance refunds.
All cancellations must be received in writing and received in the AQS office by July 25, 2008, for those who purchase the cancellation insurance, and by June 25, 2008, for those who do not purchase the insurance — No Exceptions. The $20 cancellation fee applies to all refunds.
