General Information - Information Table at the Show

If you have brochures of your quilt show or other information to be given away at the AQS Quilt Show, there are two Information Tables located in the lobby of the Convention Center. This is the only area that these brochures can be placed.
You can place one stack of materials on the table anytime on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 or during the show. This is a self-serving table, so you might want to check back on your supply of brochures.
Please do not place literature on other tables in the Executive Inn, or tape them to any doors, walls, windows, or other surfaces anywhere in the Expo Center/ Convention Center/Executive Inn (including in the rest rooms). Any literature found in these areas will be removed and thrown away.
