Registration - Cancellation Policy

AQS is offering class, lecture, and special event Cancellation Insurance.

For a charge of $10 (payable with your first registration only; insurance cannot be purchased after your initial registration has been processed), you will have the option of canceling any or all classes and/or lectures on or before March 31, 2008, and receive a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee. No questions asked! No refunds will be given for any reason after March 31 for those purchasing insurance. Your $10 cancellation insurance fee can be paid only on your initial registration for classes, lectures, and special events. Cancellation insurance is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

For those not purchasing insurance: AQS will refund 50% of any class, lecture, or special event fees cancelled on or before February 28, 2008. No refunds will be given for any reason after February 28, 2008, for those not purchasing the insurance. A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from all non-insurance refunds.

All cancellations must be received in writing by letter or Email and received in the AQS office by March 31, 2008, for those who purchase the cancellation insurance, and by February 28, 2008, for those who do not purchase the insurance — No Exceptions. The $20 cancellation fee applies to all refunds.
