General Information
Shuttle Bus Service
The AQS Bus Stop is located next to the Julian Carroll Convention Center. Look for the Bus Stop signs. Free bus service is provided by the hotels and area attractions to and from the participating hotels/motels and attractions in Paducah to the AQS Bus Stop. See the bus schedule at the back of the Showbook (available at the show). Anchor Tours is providing the bus service and AQS route signs are displayed in the bus windows.
The buses can stop only at the participating sites listed on the maps. Please do not ask the driver to drop you at a site that is not on the map; their insurance only covers stops with contracted sites. The number of buses that stop at each location depends on how many buses the location has contracted for.
If the ridership is heavy, please be patient until another bus comes. During show times, it takes approximately 30 minutes to go from the bus stop to the Mall area; a round trip takes about an hour with stops to unload/board. Please check with your hotel to make sure they are contracting for the bus service. Last year, more than 30,000 people rode the shuttle buses.
If you are parking at Carson Park (300 North 30th Street), a free express shuttle bus will take you directly to the AQS Bus Stop.
PATS will still be providing the free downtown trolley, and you can call 270-444-8700 to arrange handicapped service or for transportation to area restaurants.
