How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary. Purchase will not increase entrant's chance of winning. Beginning at 9:00 a.m. central time (CT) on January 9, 2012, until 5:00 p.m. CT on March 17, 2012, you may enter the AQS Paducah 2012 Dream Studio GiveAway (the "GiveAway") in any of the following ways: (i) visit the American Quilter's Society website (www.AmericanQuilter.com) and complete the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, phone number, and valid e-mail address (limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address); (ii) hand print your name, complete address, and phone number either on a postcard or separate piece of paper no larger than 8½" x 11"; place it in an envelope; and mail the card or envelope to AQS Paducah 2012 Dream Studio GiveAway, PO Box 3290, Paducah, KY 42002-3290 (the "mail-in address"). Limit one entry per person. Mail-in entrants must be postmarked by March 17, 2012, and received by March 20, 2012; (iii) return the entry card in the official envelope provided by mail to AQS members and former members. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry, only the first online entry will count. These official rules are also available at the American Quilter's Society website or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to AQS Paducah 2012 Dream Studio GiveAway, PO Box 3290, Paducah, KY 42002-3290. When you enter on the American Quilter's Society website or provide an e-mail address on mail-in entries, you are consenting to receive promotional e-mails, reminders for upcoming AQS promotions, information about American Quilter's Society membership, and promotions from the GiveAway Entities. The use of e-mail information shall be subject to the privacy policies of the American Quilter's Society, which are available on the AQS website. E-mail addresses gained through the GiveAway will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed to any person, company, corporation, or organization except those directly involved with the GiveAway (i.e., AQS, Sponsors, and GiveAway Entities). Consenting to receive such e-mails will not improve your chances of winning. Schroeder Publishing Company, Inc. d/b/a American Quilter's Society ("Sponsor"), all other GiveAway Entities (as defined below), their affiliates, distributors, dealers, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this GiveAway; inability to access the American Quilter's Society website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing or human errors; and any mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of the American Quilter's Society and will not be returned.

Eligibility: This GiveAway is open only to legal residents of the US and its territories, possessions, and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older. Officers, directors, employees, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) of Schroeder Publishing Company, Inc., Gammill Quilting Systems, Inc., and all other participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "GiveAway Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. Online entrants may also receive information from Sponsor and GiveAway Entities regarding other promotional offers. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. All participants and/or entrants release the Sponsor, the GiveAway Entities, and their agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, GiveAway partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the GiveAway and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in the GiveAway. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions. This GiveAway is governed by US law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited, including Florida, New York, and Rhode Island.

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Quilting Studio package to include: (i) one (1) Gammill Vision ™ 18-8 hand-guided quilting machine system recommended for people who enjoy quilting as a hobby or as a quilting professional provided by Gammill Quilting Systems, Inc. to include delivery and setup within the 48 contiguous United States only; (ii) Quilting and cutting tables from Tracey's Tables to include one (1) cutting table, one (1) hideaway, one (1) quilters cabinet, and one (1) thread cabinet; and (iii) one (1) trip from April 25 to April 28, 2012, to the American Quilter's Society 2012 Quilt Show & Contest in Paducah, Kentucky, which shall consist of: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for one (1) person between the major US commercial airport nearest Grand-Prize Winner's residence in the 48 contiguous United States and Paducah, Kentucky, with departure on April 25, 2012 and return on April 28, 2012; (b) four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Paducah, Kentucky; (c) one (1) multi-day pass for entrance into the American Quilter's Society 2012 Quilt Show & Contest; and, (d) one (1) set of special event tickets to include: An Evening with Alex Anderson, An Evening with Ricky Tims, and All-Star Review-Saturday; and (e) $200.00 US cash. Total ARV estimated $15,159.75 (US).

All costs and expenses associated with any element of the Prizes not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Prizewinner. Sponsor shall solely determine the specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the GiveAway. All travel must occur on dates selected by Sponsor and are subject to change. Some restrictions may apply. The Prizewinner will be solely responsible for any and all other expenses, taxes, and fees associated with his/her prizes. Prizewinner agrees that neither Sponsor nor Gammill Quilting Systems, Inc., or other sponsoring companies have made or are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness, except the machine does include Gammill Quilting Systems, Inc.'s standard limited warranty as set forth in the sewing machine's Owner's Guide. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package), or cash alternative is permitted, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded.

1st Prize: one (1) trip from April 25 to April 28, 2012, to the American Quilter's Society 2012 Quilt Show & Contest in Paducah, Kentucky, which shall consist of: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for one (1) person between the major US commercial airport nearest First-Prize Winner's residence in the 48 contiguous United States and Paducah, Kentucky, with departure on April 25, 2012 and return on April 28, 2012; (b) four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Paducah, Kentucky; (c) one (1) multi-day pass for entrance into the American Quilter's Society 2012 Quilt Show & Contest; and, (d) one (1) set of special event tickets to include: An Evening with Alex Anderson, An Evening with Ricky Tims, and All-Star Review-Saturday; and (e) $200.00 US cash. Total ARV estimated $1,100.00 (US).

2nd Prize: Ten (10) Second-Prize Winners will each receive a Quilter's Library of ten (10) different books published by AQS. Total ARV estimated $250.00 (US).

3rd Prize: Fifty (50) Third-Prize Winners will each receive a copy of Baskets: New Quilts from an Old Favorite edited by Linda Baxter Lasco, published by the American Quilter's Society. ARV $26.95 (US).

Drawing and Notification: The Prizewinners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about March 22, 2012. Potential Grand-Prize Winners will be notified by phone only on or about March 22, 2012. If a potential winner cannot be reached within twenty-four (24) hours from the first notification attempt, then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of prize must be confirmed within twenty-four (24) hours from the time personal contact is made with the potential winner, otherwise potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Judges' decisions with respect to the winner and other matters pertaining to the GiveAway shall be final. If American Quilter's Society is unable to contact a potential prizewinner, or if potential prizewinner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner(s) shall be selected. Grand-Prize Winners consent to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. If, in the judges' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the GiveAway, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the GiveAway, the judges reserve the right to terminate the GiveAway and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all online and write-in entries received as of the termination date. Should the GiveAway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the American Quilter's Society website.

Release of Liability: By entering this GiveAway, all entrants, any winners, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of the GiveAway Entities, as well as the respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and shareholders of the foregoing entities and all others associated with the development and execution of this GiveAway from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this GiveAway and/or acceptance or use of the prizes and any related travel and/or activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer's terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

Winner's list: To learn the name of the Grand-Prize Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after March 23, 2012, to AQS Paducah 2012 Dream Studio GiveAway, Winner's List, PO Box 3290, Paducah, KY 42002-3290. Requests received after April 30, 2012, will not be honored.
