AQS Login Guide
Here is a helpful step-by-step guide for logging in at Americanquilter.com.
 
Tip: If the system is telling you that you've tried too many times previously or during this process, ignore it. That feature is disabled so you can't be locked out.
 
Locate the Sign in area in the top right corner of the website shown below circled in red. Click on Account.
 

A Sign In drop down will open. Click on Sign In.

A Sign In window will open. Use the email associated with your membership to sign in and enter your password. Click Login.

If this doesn't work, you'll need to reset your password. Click the Forgot Your Password? link circled below in red.

Enter the email address associated with your account, then click the Submit button.

An email will be sent to you with a password reset link. If you do not receive the email right away, please check your spam or junk folder.

Tip: If you are unable to locate the password reset email, you may need to whitelist the address it is sent from: info@aqsquilt.com 

Once you've reset your password, try to login again.

If you are unable to login successfully (it sends you in loops or acts strange) after you've reset your password, you'll need to delete any cookies your browser has stored for americanquilter.com and/or iquilt.com.

Tip: If you try logging in using an incognito or private browser (or a different browser you've not logging in with previously) and it works, but won't work in your preferred browser, you'll know there is a cookie causing problems.

If you are still unable to login, please email betsey.langford@americanquilter.com and let her know where you are stuck in the logging in process. 

 

Once you log in, you'll see your name in the sign in area.

If you don't see your name, but you received a successful sign in message, clear your browser's cache and history (for americanquilter.com and iquilt.com) and try again.
 
To access your dashboard, click on Account to access the dropdown again, and then click on Account in the drop down.

Once logged in, please check your My Classes tab in your customer dashboard. Some customers' iquilt classes have not migrated to the updated site automatically. If you find this is the case with your iquilt classes, please use the contact form to let us know. We will manually migrate your classes into your account.
