Here is a helpful step-by-step guide for logging in at Americanquilter.com.
Tip: If the system is telling you that you've tried too many times previously or during this process, ignore it. That feature is disabled so you can't be locked out.
Locate the Sign in area in the top right corner of the website shown below circled in red. Click on Account.
A Sign In drop down will open. Click on Sign In.
A Sign In window will open. Use the email associated with your membership to sign in and enter your password. Click Login.
If this doesn't work, you'll need to reset your password. Click the Forgot Your Password? link circled below in red.
Enter the email address associated with your account, then click the Submit button.
An email will be sent to you with a password reset link. If you do not receive the email right away, please check your spam or junk folder.
Tip: If you are unable to locate the password reset email, you may need to set this email address as safe in your email software: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you've reset your password, try to login again.
If you are still unable to login, please email us at email@example.com and let us know where you are stuck in the logging in process.
Once you log in, you'll see your name in the sign in area.
To access your customer dashboard, click on Account to access the dropdown again, and then click on Account in the drop down.
