With permission from artist Teresa Kogut, Pat Thompson enlarged Teresa's original watercolor painting and used it as a basis for this colorful small quilt that measures 25" x 21".  After all, what could be more appealing than a basket full of summer flowers? Pat used turned-edge appliqué for the simple shapes, and fused appliqué for the more complex shapes.
