Quilting Reverse Applique

My reverse appliqué quilt top is all stitched.  Now what?

Unlike an appliqué quilt where the design is on top of the background and rises up to meet us, a reverse appliqué design is created in the background fabric and recedes away from us, drawing us into the quilt top.
