The Santa Claus Girls – Doll Quilts with the West Michigan Quilters’ Guild

At each AQS QuiltWeek show, the American Quilter's Society partners with a local charity. AQS, the West Michigan Quilters’ Guild, and quilters attending the AQS QuiltWeek - Grand Rapids show will be making doll-sized quilts for The Santa Claus Girls project, a volunteer organization that distribute gifts to children of Kent County that may otherwise be without gifts during the Holidays.

Doll quilts will be made with simple Four-Patch blocks and sashing.

Look for the Sit & Sew Charity booth in the Exhibit Hall and stop to help sew a doll quilt. All supplies and sewing machines are provided. We can make a difference!
