Fabric Requirements

Grey - 3/8 yard
White - 1 1/4 yards
Teal - 1/2 yard
Binding - 1/2 yard
Backing - 3 yards

Cutting Instructions

From the grey fabric, cut:
(32) 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" squares

From the teal fabric, cut:
(12) 7" x 7" squares

From the white fabric, cut:
(32) 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" squares
(12) 7" x 7" squares
(9) 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" squares

Block Assembly

Half Square Triangles

Mark the back of the 7″ white squares diagonally from corner to corner. Use this as a guide to make half square triangles. Layer with a teal 7" square and sew 1/4″ on each side of the drawn line. Cut on the drawn line to make two half square triangles.

Trim to 6 1/2". Make 24.

Four Patch Blocks

Sew a 3 1/2" white square to a 3 1/2" grey square. Make 32 units.
Join the units alternating the colors as shown above.
Make 16.

Sweet Dreams Quilt Assembly

Sew the Half Square Triangles, Four Patch Blocks, and 6 1/2" white squares into rows. Join the rows to make the quilt.
