Learn to make one block without paper piecing and then become the designer as you choose a design or make your own. AnglePlay templates are so easy that beginners can make great looking quilts. Experienced quilters also love playing with them as new and interesting designs appear before your eyes. Julie is patient and positive and all levels of quilters are warmly welcome.

It's the end of the quilt and the quilt may or may not be the size it's supposed to be. You may or may not have much fabric left, but it needs to be finished! Julie will discuss using what's on hand, ideas that are already in the room, and truly simple ways to make wildly creative borders. It's a fun lecture intermingled with lots of samples and you'll leave just tingling with energy to get started on your own borders. Supplies are not required for a lecture, although you may want to bring a pen and paper to take notes. Julie's book “Dancing on the Border” will be available for purchase in class.
