Elmore, Carol
Carol is an AQS Certified Appraiser of Quilted Textiles and an Appraisal Committee member with 30 years of quilting experience. Carol’s quilt history lectures include one her husband named "The Life and Quilts of Ida Stover Eisenhower." In addition to appraising, Carol enjoys collecting textiles – dog textiles are her favorite! She also lectures on the history of aprons and leads workshops on quilt dating, hand piecing, and Scottie block quilts. When not working in the quilt world, Carol is a veterinary medical librarian at Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS.
