DECORATOR SERVICES:

The show decorator is Art Craft Display. More information will be provided when available. www.artcraftdisplay.com

Each booth includes one 8’ x 24” skirted table and two chairs per 10’x10’ space, along with a booth sign and a wastebasket. If you prefer a 6’ x 24” table in exchange for the 8’ table, you must request it from the decorator in advance; any changes in table size at the show will incur a charge. All booths have 8’ tall drapes on sides and back and 10’ rods. Drapes may NOT be removed from in between the booths. All drapes are the same color. The aisle drape may be removed in corner booths. You may use additional rods and drapes to hang quilts on your side and back walls. Booth height is limited to 8 ft. from the floor; this includes signage. Sponsors may request a height not to exceed 12’ from the floor by submitting a request in writing to AQS.

ELECTRICITY, TELEPHONE, INTERNET: Will be provided by the DeVos Place Convention Center. Order forms will be posted online when available.

Lighting can make your product shine and will draw attention to your booth. You are responsible for providing any lighting, cords, or other electrical equipment. Lights cannot be attached to the poles provided by the decorator. All extension cords must be grounded (3-prong) and taped to the floor (per fire marshal regulations).

I am AQS

I Am AQS is a wonderful opportunity to promote your booth at all the AQS QuiltWeek® shows. It’s a chance for you to attract AQS members by providing a Show Special available only to members.

This program is completely free of charge!

Should you choose to participate, you will receive the following benefits:
  • Your company name and booth number will be listed on the I Am AQS! vendor page in the Show Book.
  • Your company name and a direct link to your webpage will be listed on the quiltweek.com website under participating I Am AQS! vendors for each show.
  • AQS will provide “I Am AQS!” signage for your booth.
  • AQS Members will be directed to your booth for the members-only special.
All you have to do is provide one special, and we will do the rest. Just look for the I Am AQS! button or ask to see their membership card at the show to identify AQS members and offer the special. You can decide on your special at a later date.

Learning Center

The AQS Learning Center will again be in Grand Rapids in 2023. The AQS Learning Center is open Wednesday through Saturday during the show.

All vendors are invited to present a 20-minute educational presentation or demonstration on the topic of their choosing. It is free for the public to attend and free for vendors to participate. It is an excellent way to advertise your product, as well as to lead attendees directly to your booth after the presentation.

The AQS Learning Center is very popular with both attendees and vendors. If you are interested in participating, please return the form as soon as you can. We want to have a diverse range of topics but time slots will be given out loosely on a first-come, first-served basis. Selected vendors will be notified of their day and time slots. Preferences of day and time will be considered in scheduling but cannot be guaranteed.

The stage will be approximately 10’ x 24’ and AQS will provide a screen, digital projector, sound system, and a stationary video camera to project your demonstrations.

*Please note: If your presentation requires a laptop, you must bring your own.

Social Media Graphics

Social media has been a very productive outlet for gathering a following, as well as promoting events and merchandise. We encourage you to align yourself with the AQS brand by mentioning us on Facebook, where well over 140,000 quilters follow the American Quilter’s Society.

Use #QuiltWeek to tag your posts, and follow us on Twitter at @AmericanQuilter or Instagram at @aqsonline.

PDF copies of the rack card can be downloaded below. We also have printed rack cards available upon request. If you would like printed rack cards shipped to you free of charge, please contact Vendor Coordinator, Kathy Buri for assistance.
