I will discuss the supplies I use with my design techniques and machine-quilting methods and will share how I design feathers, from basics to wholecloth concepts. I will then cover machine-quilting techniques for feathers and fillers.
I feel it is really important to give quilters the techniques to work on real quilts, so we will cover marking, basting, and managing the actual quilt at the home sewing machine. I will provide you with both practice sessions and small wholecloth projects.
