This round robin project of eight members of the Bee Material Girls from Colonial Piecemakers Quilt Guild, Williamsburg, VA added to Susan’s center block. This quilt was completed in three months. The guild is in Williamsburg, VA and this project is made from Colonial Williamsburg fabrics. Medallion quilts were popular in the early 1800s. The center pattern from the Star of Virginia pattern.
