Julie accidentally started quilting in 2010 and hasn't looked back. She has taught all across the US and brings a fun, relaxed teaching style to every venue. From publishing two books, traveling around the country, inventing new quilting toys to teaching, lecturing and running a business, she brings a wealth of life experiences along with her own style of quilting.

It's the end of the quilt. The quilt may or may not be the size it's supposed to be. You may or may not have much fabric left, but it needs to be finished! Julie discusses using what's on hand, ideas that are already in the room, and truly simple ways to make wildly creative borders. This fun lecture is intermingled with lots of samples and you'll leave just tingling with energy to get started on your own borders
