Beyond Meandering, #348534
Chris believes quilting a quilt should be as much fun as making the top! This class is designed for the quilter who has tried free-motion quilting, but finds meandering and stippling either frustrating or boring. You will learn and practice a variety of free-motion patterns on small sample quilt sandwiches. Everything from pebbles to spirals, triangles, and beyond!

Seminole Border Techniques, #347512
Simple strip piecing, cross-cutting, and straight or diagonal re-sewing can create a border that takes your quilt from simple to simply fantastic. Join Chris as she teaches you her techniques. You will practice a number of different Seminole patterns on sample strips in class. You can keep these sample strips as a reference for future projects or you may sew these strips together to make a “Seminole Sampler” wallhanging quilt after class!

Silhouettes and Shadows, #343505
These delightful silhouettes and shadows illusions can add excitement to pieced and appliquéd quilts. In class, you will make samples of pieced, appliquéd, and threaded shadows, as well as learn two fun techniques for repliquéing silhouettes.

Threaded Borders, #348530
This is a free-motion quilting class with a twist. This calls for the machine quilter who is comfortable with free-motion filler designs. By combining our imaginations with contrasting threads, wonderful borders, and illusions, you will take ordinary quilts to a new level of excitement! There will be something for everyone, no matter your level of free-motion skill or type of machine.
