Stephanie Ngai leads the events and sponsorship department at WonderFil Specialty Threads, collaborating with the global quilting community by attending industry shows and creating new opportunities for engagement and support. When she first joined WonderFil, Stephanie had only beginner-level sewing experience, but her seven-year journey has been one of growth and discovery. Over time, she developed a passion for handwork, particularly hand embroidery and wool appliqué, and even began helping design stitching patterns as part of her role. Today, Stephanie is focused on "threaducation"—her mission to introduce hand stitching and embellishments to more people within the sewing and quilting community, sharing her enthusiasm for the art one stitch at a time.
