This is a fun workshop for quilters of all levels.

Enhance your EQ8 quilt designing and drawing skills by adding appliqué drawing to your tool kit. Select and edit images, save and transfer images to the block worktable, employ the six versatile drawing tools to trace, edit, and transform images into appliqué blocks and motifs. Learn shortcuts, tips, and techniques for getting great picture perfect results. Finally, print your appliqué templates in any size to fit your quilt. Prior EQ8 experience required.

Finally, everything you need to know to use your own stash fabric in EQ8. Scan and photograph your fabrics, then edit them for improved visibility, scale, and resolution right in the EQ8 Image Worktable. Download fabric collections from manufacturer websites, import them into EQ8, and save in a User Library you can access anytime in EQ8. Now you can add unlimited fabrics and use them in your quilt blocks and designs.

New to EQ8? This workshop is for you! Learn the basic tools and worktables in this powerful quilt design software. Draw and edit quilt blocks, use the huge EQ8 block library, and color your blocks with fabric. Design quilt layouts with blocks, sashing, and borders while learning the simple tools EQ8 provides to make these decisions easy. When complete, you will have the confidence to design, edit, and print your own quilt designs.
