Overwhelmed by your overflowing stash of fabric scraps? Turn those treasures into stunning quilts! Join us for a fun and inspiring Lunch and Learn with Nancy Mahoney!
You will leave with plans for all those scraps you've collected in bags, baskets, and boxes? In this informal and light-hearted lecture, Nancy will share more than 50 scrap quilts, including vintage quilts from her collection. Hear how her love of vintage quilts has influenced her approach to quiltmaking. Nancy will share tips for making stunning scrap quilts, all while expanding your thoughts about making these beautiful pieces.
Lunch will be provided for you. There will be options to choose from during registration. The Lecture will start around noon once meals have been given out.

Come join in the fun and learn how to make these wonderful, scrappy blocks using an array of colorful pre-cut squares. If you have been wanting to master new skills, this workshop will inspire confidence and equip you with new techniques. Learn an easy and precise way of making triangle units, as well as tips for making strip sets and foundation-pieced sashing units. If scrappy is not for you, use a planned color scheme or make it patriotic.
