Cheryl, a dental hygienist by day and an awe-inspiring quilter in the quilting industry, is often referred to as the “Hexpert” for her creative and prolific use of hexies. She began quilting in the early 90s and won the AQS Hand Workmanship Award at Paducah QuiltWeek with her quilt STAR STRUCK. That quilt now resides at The National Quilt Museum as part of their collection. Cheryl has won numerous quilting awards and has been a featured artist at the Virginia Quilt Museum. Another award-winning quilt FALL INTO SPRING is now available as a pattern from AQS. Cheryl has also authored two self-published books, Star Struck & Starlette and Not Just Hexies.
