Group Rates and Special Offer

Admission

Daily $11.00
2-Day $20.00
4-Day Show Multi-Day $30.00

  • Minimum 25 attendees per group
  • All tickets must be purchased by the group coordinator
  • Tickets will be mailed 30 days prior to the event, if you live outside the U.S. your tickets will
    be held at the AQS Information Desk at the show.
  • Any Group Tickets purchased less than 30 days prior to the show will be held at the AQS
    Information Desk at the show, however will not be eligible for the four complimentary
    premium AQS Items nor Souvenir Items

Orders Include:

  • Two complimentary admission passes
  • General admission tickets OR name badges with your attendees’ names and the name of your tour group
  • A Show Book for each attendee
  • Four premium AQS items to give away on your bus, if tickets are purchased at least 30 days before the start of the show

Souvenir packages including a show t-shirt, show tote bag, and show pin are available at a discounted rate. Preorder in any quantity.

Dropping Off Passengers & Bus Parking:

Charter buses will enter at the rear entrance off Campbell Street, turning right and traveling along the floodwall to the Food Court area in the parking lot of the Convention Center, then left to stop in front of the Expo Center.


Bus Parking: Charter buses can park by going through the floodwall on Harrison Street, turn left to park on the river side of the floodwall.

There is no fee for parking at the south end of the Branson Landing.

For Guests at Hilton: Overnight motor coach parking is located at the south end of the Branson Landing (Bass Pro end). Hilton valet team will run the drivers to and from their coach as needed.
